What Happens on Your First Call

Your answers determine which plans are open to you and whether a marketplace subsidy applies. Then we gather plans from several carriers, sort them by premium, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum and network, and go over them with you by phone or video. You pay no fee for the consultation. The carrier you choose pays us, so our review costs you nothing.

When you call affects what you can choose. Open enrollment comes around once a year, and the rest of the time you typically need a qualifying life event, like losing coverage through work, getting married or having a baby, which opens a short window. Reaching out a few weeks ahead lets us review networks and drug lists without hurrying.
